What a week I've had with Dr. appts, concerts & lawyers.....my creative time was seriously hampered but I'm glad to have something for you today!!!!!
It's Saturday so that means that there's another Etsy challenge for you! Our featured shop is called Artwork by Lori & it features original painting and prints by Lori! Sit back, relax & take a stroll through her other stores as well: The Royal Bead & Hip Heart. Lori is giving away one of her awesome prints (valued up to $14) to one of our awesome players & our sponsor Charleston Scrapbook Company is offering a $10 Gift Certificate to another fortunate player!!!! Want to get in on these fab prizes? Just visit the featured store, pick your inspiration, make whatever your heart desires & link it to the EtsyInspired Challenge blog by Friday, March 18, 2011 @ noon Pacific Time.
I chose the Flower Circles Painting as the source of my inspiration. The colors in it reminded me of the Sale-a-Bration DSP so this was the perfect excuse to break it open & play with it!! I also used the layout from CPS Card Sketches to help pull my creation together. One of the stampsets I used is the Level 1 Hostess set called A Slice of Life. There are some cute & *colorable* images in it that I couldn't wait to create with! I do LOVE to color even though I feel I'm not perfect at it yet but I had a LOT of fun putting all the elements together for this card!! I do hope you've enjoyed my creation & that I've inspired you to play along with us! For even more inspiration; please check out the rest of the Design Team & leave them some love:
