Welcome to the first Crafters of Faith Blog Hop! We are so blessed to have you stop by and celebrate the beauty of AUTUMN with us! The Crafters of Faith blogging group is a joyous blending of christian friends ~ joined together to fellowship, share our faith, build friendships and craft together! If you are just visiting and would like to hop with us, please start at Carol's blog.   If you're hopping along already, you should have arrived from LizW's blog.

This month, our hostess is CarolS! She gave us a wonderful Harvest challenge and here is what she asked us to create: "I love FALL, the colors and the smells! I would like to propose that we make a card with fall colors, it should include fruits and vegetables to remind us of the harvest. When my kids were small, I canned peaches and pears, made pickles and such. So much fun to open those jars in the dead of winter! I am looking so forward to the fall festival of Sukkoth (Feast of Tabernacles). To Biblical historians, this is the actual time of Christ's Birth and many people believe this will also be the season of HIS return. Blessings All!"

To celebrate in this glorious season upon us, I created the card posted above for you!
I used the colors of Fall to make my creation-after I realized that I didn't have any fruit or vegetable
stamps & I also sponged the background of my main image to further enhance the Fall theme.

From here, continue hopping to LizD's blog to see what Autumn splendor she has waiting for you!  We also have a special little giveaway for one lucky hopper today and you can find that
on Kelly's blog - the last stop on the hop!

Thank you for stopping by today! In this glorious season of Fall, and the wonders of the earth changing to gorgeous colors .... in a time of gratitude and thanksgiving ... we wish many blessings for you!

Good Morning & Happy Friday Stamping Friends!
I'm so sorry for my absence this past week.....my husband planned a getaway for my birthday & I couldn't say no could I?  I didn't have time to do anything but leave & I've informed him that although I truly appreciated and needed this escape.....some advance notice would be NICE LOL!!!!!

Well, it's time for another Color Me Beautiful Challenge & this week's colors are AMAZING!!!!  I managed to use all the colors again & I accomplished this by sponging my background piece.  While I was at Convention this past summer; I received a swap that had a line of butterflies on it that used all the new In Colors & I thought that was a pretty creative way to do that so I took her idea and stepped it up a bit.  My background is sponged while hers was white; I textured my butterflies while hers was just punched out & I spread mine out vs. hers was in a straight line.  I also added ribbon & stamped my sentiment on a die cut while her swap was very clean and simple.  All in all; I'm quite pleased with it & I hope I've inspired you to play along with us!  All you have to do is create a card, scrapbook page, 3D item or whatever your heart desires using the Stampin' Up! colors listed above & link it to the Color Me Beautiful challenge blog by Thursday, October 4th @ 5pm.  I can't wait to see your wonderful pieces of art!!!!

Thanks so much for stopping by & please check out the rest of the design team's work!  I'm sure you'll be inspired by everyone's awesome creations!!!!
Until Next Time,
Hugs & Love,

Good Evening Stamping Friends!
I have a quicky post for you this evening.  This is my creation for the Crafty Gals Challenge to use your punches in creative ways.  Well; I'm not really *creative* when it comes to punch art so after a lot of soul searching.....I decided to CASE a card I received @ Convention this past summer.  I used circle punches to create my flowers instead of hearts & changed the color scheme just a bit keeping with the original CAS style....I must say that I think it came out pretty cute!  ENJOY!!!!!

Well, that's it for me tonight.  Look for another post on Friday for the next Color Me Beautiful Challenge!
