Happy Thursday!
I'm up & a bit refreshed since we don't have to be on the highway this morning but I'm concerned about my DD. She came home yesterday with another fever so she's home again today......I truly wish people would keep their sick kids @ home so their sicknesses won't spread like wildfire!!!!
Anywhoo, my post for today is a double challenge card. I used Jen's Sketch For You To Try along with the Color Throwdown to use Elegant Eggplant, Tempting Turquoise & a green of your choice...I chose Certainly Celery. The result.....a clean and crisp card without too many layers but you can see the dimensionals dangit! Oh well, what are you gonna do LOL!!!
I'm off to contemplate my Etsy card for this weekend, tend to my daughter and sort through a bunch of images.....I'm close to 10,000 hits so that means BLOG CANDY peeps!!!! Stay tuned as I'll be adding lots of goodies for a lucky someone! Thanks so much for stopping by and have a great rest of the day!!

ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful. I liked that color comob myself. It's really elegant!
ReplyDeletePoor kids. Heck, poor mom! It's never ending. What card did you finally decide on to give DD for her birthday?????
Wow! Gorgeous card. Love what you did with the colors.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful. I love the dark blue color you used, and the way you attached the sentiment!
ReplyDeleteLove the sketch and color throwdown. Nice way to combine the two, awesome work as always!
ReplyDeleteOh, this is gorgeous Jackie! Love the purple & green!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card, I love your use of the challenge colours.
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about people sending their kids out with bugs, since my boys have started daycar a couple of months ago we have had nothing but bugs.
This looks great in that color combo. Sorry to hear your daughter is unwell again.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Such a stunning colour combo and beautiful design x
ReplyDeleteOh Jackie we had a tough time with the kids getting sick. One would get sick and then the other, then the hubby....now that really cuts into my stamping time *LOL*
ReplyDeleteVery cool.. the colours are great together
ReplyDeleteJackie,
ReplyDeleteYou always use Heartfelt thanks so well!! I have an SU down line that hates this set because she is a bright colors only girl, and thinks this set should only be used with subtle colors. I made her get it in her Kit when she signed up because it is so versitile and she still gives me a hard time for "making" her get that aweful set!!! LOL!!!
I will have to tell her to come by and see how you use it because you always have a new way to do things with it!!!
Great Card!!!
Heather
