A Quick Look Back

Happy Tuesday Everyone! Hope you're all off to a great week so far!!

Geez I had a busy day yesterday! Took my oldest DS to the dentist to start the process for braces and found out that his wisdom teeth are coming in sideways!!!! Poor kiddo will have to have them all removed now before we can straighten his slight gap that he's developed....he really doesn't need anymore sick time as he was down for quite a while and is now back to being perfectly healthy. I think I'll have to time this with spring break if the Oral Surgeon agrees with the dentist. We also had our downline meeting last night so the only thing I stamped were my swap cards and I did that 4 hours before the meeting....told ya I was BUSY!!!!!

Anywhoooo, onto my creation for today! Since I've not had any stampin' time for somethin' new, I've decided to show you one of my fave cards from last year. I love the Essence of Love ss...probably because it's a silhouette style stamp and I thought it would look great with the It's Beautiful Jumbo Wheel---I think I was right about that! I LOVE how my finished card came out and the layout is awesome! This baby screamed for texture so I used my Cuttlebug and added some scrumptous ribbon.....voila! ALL DONE LOL!!!!

I'm off to complete a challenge or 2 so I can have something new for ya to look at! Thanks so much for stopping by and have a great rest of the day!!!

  1. Your poor little boy! If it's not one thing, it's another. But you are such a great mom, I'll just bet he's not as upset over it as you are! Hang in there girlfriend!

This card is gorgeous. Love that large scallope circle and the embossed center piece too.

  6. Very nice card. What a great idea to share a card from last year when you don't have time to make a new one. I think I'll do the same, you smartie. This is lovely. I have such trouble with black and white cards.

  8. This is a beautiful card. I like the combo of stamps.

Before I had my braces put in, I not only had to have my wisdom teetch removed, but 4 additonal teeth. Turns out my mouth is too small for all those teeth. Hope your ds get's through it all ok.
