TGIF!!
I'm so happy to be starting the weekend...hoping it's really relaxing with just laundry to do LOL!!!
My card for today is featuring Mercy's sketch and the Color Throwdown challenge to use Basic Black, Brocade Blue & Real Red. Not your easiest combo if you ask me but I think I worked them pretty good! I also used a cute Bella image I received from my girl Dawn---thank you!!! Isn't she cute in her blue outfit?!! I added crystal effects to the puddle, her boots and the umbrella to give the illusion of her actually being wet....did it work LOL!!
Well, I'm off to start my day! Hope to finish a card or 2 before the day is out....wish me luck! Thanks so much for stopping by today.....hope the rest of your day is great!

ReplyDeleteHope your weekend is great and you finally get the laundry done!
I saw that color challenge this morning and thought it was a tough one. No brocade blue here. Anyway I think your card came out great and the crystal effects did exactly what you had in mind.
ReplyDeleteLOVE what you did with the crystal effects...very...effective! Beautiful job (as usual!) :)
ReplyDeleteThis is really cute. I love the crystal effects. Well done and happy Friday!!!
ReplyDeleteThose are such dark colors I don't think I would have even tried putting them together, but you made it work. I like the background stamping on the black. I think that, along with the large white image panel, really keep this from being too dark.
ReplyDeleteAw, Belinda is so sweet in Brocade Blue and Real Red!! LOVE the glaze on her umbrella, too! Thanks for playing the Throwdown again this week!
